I do comply with the new GCCF Guidelines for Rescues & Rehoming. I specialise in finding the perfect match, I’m a Rehoming Service so before Surrendering your cat to be Rehomed by me. You need to
1. Have your cat vet checked and I will need the Medical history from your vet which will also prove that your cats teeth are in good health.
2. vaccinations need to be up todate
3. need proof of Microchipping ie: the number
4. Proof of worming & flea treated
5. Confirmation that your cat is Spayed/ neutered this should all be on the medical history.

You can now Auto fill the form on-line. Once filled in the pdf form it can be saved and e-mailed, you can also take a screenshot and send it via: WhatsApp. You don’t need to complete in one go, you can save, then return and continue editing. 

I will need the completed form sent to me 7 days before, I can start to find the perfect home. You should be able to print it and also to complete it using the standard Adobe reader software. I will need the hard copy at the time of surrendering. (Microchip document signed and the medical history)
